Application process takes 3-5 business days, we check rental history, credit, evictions, background and proof of income needs to be at least 3x the monthly rent. We allow pets with a onetime NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee plus monthly pet rent. We have breed restrictions. More than 2 pets require increased fees.
If you would like to view our properties you must provide a photo ID to our office staff. Text photo IDs to 904-485-2635. Katherine will do a quick public records check. If there are recent or multiple evictions we won’t waste any time showing. Showing times Mon-Fri 8-3 and Saturday afternoons if available.
