Furnished 1 bedroom downstairs duplex WITH FURNISHINGS

Deposits are usually the same as rent but depend on your application. Application fees are $45 per Adult; all adults must apply and fill out separate applications. When applications are submitted, please fill them out completely, provide proof of income and photo IDs (if they haven’t already been submitted for viewing.) Application process takes 3-5 business days, we check rental history, credit, evictions, background and proof of income needs to be at least 3x the monthly rent. We allow pets with a onetime NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee plus monthly pet rent. We have breed restrictions.  More than 2 pets require increased fees.

 If you would like to view our properties you must provide a photo ID to our office staff.  Text photo IDs to 904-485-2635. Katherine will do a quick public records check. If there are recent or multiple evictions we won’t waste any time showing.  Showing times Mon-Fri 8-3 and Saturday afternoons if available.
